Available from approximately 1 HP (0.75 kW) up to 300 HP (225 kW), VP motors are a proven solution for DC motor replacement and retrofit applications where smooth control, reliability and long service life are required.

Baldor Reliance CDP Series DC motors are heavy duty NEMA (imperial) DC motors designed for high torque, reliable variable speed control and continuous duty industrial operation. Commonly used on manufacturing machinery, process equipment and existing DC drive systems, CDP motors are a proven option for replacement and retrofit applications where stable performance and uptime are critical.

Available from approximately 1 HP (0.75 kW) up to 5 HP (3.7 kW), the CDP range is commonly supplied in imperial (NEMA) frame sizes, including 56 frame face mount configurations. 

Baldor CD3434 is a heavy duty NEMA DC motor designed for reliable variable speed control, high torque output, and continuous duty industrial performance. Commonly used in manufacturing, processing, and material handling applications, it provides dependable operation in existing DC drive systems where stable load performance is required.
